The true worth of a company is shown when they are asked to stand behind their warranties and guarantees. We had a problem with one of our windows and Window World of Erie took immediate action to get our window fixed. Duane made two trips from Erie to Port Allegany to make sure everything was completed correctly. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Window World for both their products and reliability. Very pleased customer.

Excellent customer service from the 1st call, to the sales, to the installation. The installation was done by Mike W. who was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, he cleaned up after himself, polite. I have other windows that need to be replaced and I will be calling on Window World again. Excellent!!!
